2. Which data do we collect?
When you sign up for our weekly Eco newsletter we only collect your first name and email address. We do not collect IP addresses, location data or device identifiers. When you visit this website anonymous page statistics are kept without using profile cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
The data collected is used solely to send you our weekly newsletter on sustainable development, renewable energy and Dutch agriculture. Your data is never sold, never shared with advertising networks and never used for commercial profiling.
4. Retention period
We keep your subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. After unsubscribing your data is fully and irreversibly deleted from our systems and any back-ups within thirty calendar days.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict, transfer or delete your data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by sending an email to redactie@kredavionex.com. If you disagree with our processing you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
6. Security
We use transport encryption (HTTPS), encrypted back-ups and strict access controls for our editorial team. Our servers are located within the European Union and comply with GDPR requirements.
7. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated to reflect new legislation. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date of the most recent change clearly stated.
